Ron Paul quote for the day

From his issues section on Racism
Racism is simply an ugly form of collectivism, the mindset that views humans strictly as members of groups rather than as individuals. Racists believe that all individuals who share superficial physical characteristics are alike: as collectivists, racists think only in terms of groups. By encouraging Americans to adopt a group mentality, the advocates of so-called "diversity" actually perpetuate racism.

The true antidote to racism is liberty. Liberty means having a limited, constitutional government devoted to the protection of individual rights rather than group claims.

I don't think Paul is a racist, but there is a major problem with someone who accepts money from Stormfront and refuses to return it. This doesn't help him considering that even if he didn't write all of the racist remarks in the newsletter that bears his name, he also didn't condemn them when they came out or make any steps to keep the same thing from happening again. To say you aren't responsible for material in your own newsletter is silly.
