Amazing decoder found

The Ox Files reveals that an amazing device has been found that will clear up much of the mubo-jumbo we hear in today's dissent filled world.

The Enigma machine, used by dissenting groups to code their communiqués and public statements, is commonly known as the D-Enigma.
