un-Muted Mumblings of a Catholic father about NFP, politics, liturgy, Catholicism and whatever comes to my mind. My main source for writing is Mass, the scripture readings and desire for authentic liturgy.

Read the article before seeing it posted on your blog. The comments underneath the article itself (by readers) were particularly interesting to me. If only churches around the world took papal Masses as their goal, they would do the most with what they had to attain that reality. Naturally the average parish cannot afford the "pomp and circumstances" that the Vatican can muster. Yet they can look on that Mass as something akin to the words of Christ:
"Be perfect, as Thy Father in Heaven is perfect." No one can ever achieve that perfection, but we can always do the most with what we have!
